Just wanted to share with you my latest project. One recommendation I can say is never make cookies at midnight...unless you really love who you are giving them too!!! (My friend was worth it.....) I used last Thursdays Baking Tip to frost all of these...so I just wanted to share with you an example.
I have never made cookies for a baby shower before so I had to take advantage of the opportunity who knows when the next opportunity will arise. It was a lot of fun! I have a few ideas on how to improve them for next time since I didn't have all of the piping tips I needed.
I was a little concerned the next morning when I went to open the boxes and hoped and prayed they weren't a total disaster...... so self note for the future.....no midnight projects! :-)
