A Little about Me!

When I was in college, one of my finals required me to present a business plan to "investors" in the class. After debating all the options, I, of course, choose to market the need in our community for a specialized Bakery. This process allowed me the opportunity to dream up a logo, create a business strategy, and design packaging. I also had the chance to offer these "investors" samples of products offered by this "bakery". Let's just say by the time I was finished I think everyone expected me to actually open in months...which of course helped me pass the class as well as the Final.

So from a class to the real world here we are and that is how Baking Doux was born...but now let's get back to baking!!!
